HoWA

In-tray

Drop it in. Find it when it matters.

Keep home correspondence together and make it useful. Review the dates and details HoWA finds, save what matters and return to the original whenever you need it.

Received, then reviewed

A letter becomes a reminder you have checked.

HoWA reads the useful dates and details from what arrives and holds them for you to review. An unknown date stays unknown rather than being guessed, and nothing becomes a saved reminder until you confirm it.

What belongs here

Home correspondence, in one useful place.

Bills and renewals

Energy, water, insurance and subscriptions, with the relevant dates kept close to the original source.

Warranties and receipts

Keep them with the appliance, system or purchase they belong to so they are easier to find later.

Policies and statements

Keep the document and the useful details you confirm, with the original available when you need it.

Service messages

Keep appointments, confirmations and follow-ups together and turn the dates you choose into reminders.

The paperwork of a home, easy to find when it matters.

A renewal letter, warranty or receipt should be easier to find than the drawer it used to disappear into.

A calm, art-directed British living room, a home clearly lived in and looked after.

How information arrives

You choose what comes in, and how.

HoWA uses only the information you add or the supported connections you enable. Before a connection is turned on, it should explain what it can read and what permission it is asking for.

Upload a document

Supported

Add a PDF or photo of a letter. Review the useful details HoWA finds before saving them.

Forward a message

Coming next

Forward supported home correspondence into the In-tray when this input method becomes available.

Connect an inbox

Coming next

Connect a supported email source when available, with clear permission and a clear explanation of what HoWA can read.

Connected to your Home Record

A saved detail can link to the asset, system or plan it belongs to. If you correct a saved date, any reminder based on that date should update too. If the same document arrives again, HoWA should tell you rather than creating a second reminder without explanation.

Household privacy

Your household’s correspondence does not become public property information just because it relates to an address. Private messages do not automatically pass to a future occupier, and household access should follow the permissions you choose.
