- What is HoWA?
- HoWA brings your home's information together and helps you use it: to find an answer, remember what matters or choose what to do next.
- Do I need smart devices?
- No. You can start with the information you already have about your home. Compatible connections are optional.
- Is it free?
- You can start with the free HoWA plan. HoWA+ and HoWA Steward add further features. See Plans for exactly what is included.
- Is my information private?
- Your property record and private household information have different roles. The Privacy page explains what HoWA uses, and your sharing settings control the access available in the product.
- Do I have to use House services?
- No. HoWA is a product in its own right. House of Willow Alexander is our founding service partner, and available providers are shown when you choose to arrange work.
